Write my literature essay based on the novel “The Great Gatsby”

When I write my essay on “The Great Gatsby,” I begin by briefly talking about the author of the novel, F. Scott Fitzgerald. F. Scott Fitzgerald or Francis Scott Fitzgerald was born on September 24, 1896 and was raised in Minnesota. His novel, “The Great Gatsby,” was published in 1925.

When I write my essay, I should briefly discuss the summary of the story. The Great Gatsby is about Nick Carraway, a young man who has graduated from Yale and served in World War I. He decides to move to New York to learn about bonds. He moves to West Egg in Long Island, next to Gatsby’s mansion.

When I write my essay, I can talk about the elements of the novel that were evident. Once I am done discussing the plot, I can talk about the setting of the story. Where was it set? When was it set? What is the point of view used in the story? I can also talk about the characters and give a brief analysis and description of each of them. Then there is conflict. I can discuss the conflict in great detail so that the readers of my essay will be able to further understand the story. From there, I can add in the climax, the falling action and the resolution of the story. I can point out the symbolisms that may be seen in the story and deconstruct it. Then I can also talk about the mood and the tone of the novel.

I can also give my opinion on the story when I write my essay. I can talk about how I felt about the story and what I think of the characters. I can also discuss my reactions to the novel and perhaps compare it to society today (because the novel is set in an earlier period).
